Refund Policy

The short version: the free audit is free. If you paid for the full AI Readiness Report and we haven't delivered it yet, you get a full refund — no questions, no forms.

Founding pilot reports

The full AI Readiness Report ($199 founding pilot) is manually produced: a real person reviews your business's AI readiness and writes your report by hand. Delivery is within 1–2 business days of your request.

Full refund before delivery

If your paid audit hasn't been delivered yet — for any reason — email hello@aireadinesshq.com and we'll refund the full $199. We'd rather earn the sale with the report than keep the money without it.

After delivery

If your report has been delivered and something in it is wrong or incomplete, tell us within 30 days and we'll make it right — either by fixing the report or refunding you, your choice.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. If you'd rather have the 100% credit toward a Fix applied within 30 days (part of the founding pilot), just say so.
